I adapted this recipe from Pioneer Woman's Asian Noodle Salad
SALAD INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Linguine Noodles, cooked, cooled and cut into 2 inch pieces.
- 1 medium head Napa Cabbage, chopped
- ½ bag Baby Spinach
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 bag Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
- 3 whole Green Onions Sliced
- 1 English Cucumber,diced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, roasted ever so slightly in a pan on the stove

- DRESSING:
- 1 whole Lime, juiced
- 1 medium orange, zested and juiced
- 2 teaspoons orange zest plus the juice of the orange
- 8 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 8 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- ⅓ cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, grated
Prepare
Mix salad ingredients together. Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. Mix and serve
