SusieQ's French Bread

This is a never fail, very delicious, and chewy french bread. Makes 2 loafs.

1 1/4 cup water
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
2 TBS margarine or butter

Load into bread machine and set on dough cycle. When complete turn it on again to knead it down into a ball, then stop machine and take it out and put on a floured surface. Cut dough in half. Roll into 2 loafs and set on a coated cookie sheet. Bake at 400ยบ for 20-25 minutes.
