BBQ Chicken/Pork/Beef

In a crock pot sprayed with spray vegetable oil, place 4-6 chicken breasts (frozen okay) and cover with a bottle of BBQ sauce of your choice. Cook on low for 8 hours and shred with 2 forks when done. Serve with Kaiser Rolls!

Can be used with Pork Tenderloin or Beef Brisket also!
